Are all products authentic?

Yes, all products sold on Sole Footwear, are 100% authentic and original, we are an authorized re-seller for these brands.

   

Can i cancel my order?

Due to the popularity of these products, AND especially around busy times (Black Friday,Cyber Monday, Christmas etc) we are only able to cancel orders WITHIN 24 hours of them being placed. If you want to cancel outside of this time frame unfortunately we will not be able to do this.

 

How do i return an item?

Due to our shipping method we are unable to accept returns so please bear this in mind PRIOR to ordering as we cannot exchange sizes either. If there is an issue with your order please contact us and we provide help.

 

What payment methods do you accept?

At the point of sale you will be emailed an invoice via Xero, we have found this method to be easiest for us and customers like receiving an invoice as it also acts as a receipt for the item.

once you click "buy now" you will be emailed across an invoice, this amount is then due within 24 hours, if it is not paid within this timeframe your order will be cancelled.

 

My order hasn't arrived.
